This seems to be one of those cases.... Initially planned for Wednesday, it got cancelled because the new chair hadn't shown up. Rescheduled for today, Louis & myself arrived at the location, ready to strip and remove the old chair. But unfortunately the new one still hadn't shown up. The physio looking after things met us on site, already busy on the phone to try and find out what was going on, which turned out to be more complicated than it sounded. Her mood was not helped by seeing the delivery vehicle drive past... twice!

In the end, after an hour of chasing & trying to get answers, there was no other choice than for the three of us to go our own ways... hopefully this puzzle can be solved on a third attempt!
