My mission to help Mrs M use her iPad went well. It took a while to get her pin number right, but eventually we got in. She had been having some problems using the internet on her iPad as she had accidentally disabled the WiFi, so I enabled and showed her how to check it if it happens again. She also mentioned that her eyesight has deteriorated, so I also helped her change the display settings on the tablet to make the icons and text a bit larger and clearer for her. She was delighted and mentioned that she sometimes has issues with her phone, so I also helped her adjust the zoom on her phone too. She seemed delighted for the assistance and was very appreciative of the help.
