Ms S lives not far down the road from me and is on the way to one of the local supermarkets. So it was no problem at all dropping by to get the shopping list from her and doing both her shop and mine at the same time. Also a great reason to get out for a quick run round the block and cardio session of carrying several bags of shopping.
