Yet another Wednesday at Stephen's House and Gardens to help the stewards lock up this lovely park. I was greeted by a very friendly member of staff named Rocco, who quickly went through what the task was and gave me a high vis, the bell, as well as a radio station in case I had any queries. Thanks to Rocco for being so welcoming. :)

With a smile on my face, I really enjoyed going around the beautiful gardens at sunset. While I had to remind a few visitors we were to lock the gates at 6pm, most people seemed to already know what the bell sound meant. Soon, the gardens were completely empty.

Shout out to those who have done this task before - several visitors were really grateful for being reminded when the lock up time was and said they haven't had the chance to thank the GG volunteers who have helped in the past.
