Today we did a conditioning session which worked on core, glutes, and the area most neglected by runners, arms and upper body.
With eight exercises per area we toned, strengthened and conditioned our way to muscles of steel. There were a couple of new ones thrown in there, so let me know if you need any form notes, or if you loved or hated them!
