Would you be-leaf that the parks of Cheadle were clean?
4 GoodGymers made their way 7.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

It may have been a drizzly Tuesday evening but our headtorches lit the way for our Cheadle Park Plogging and Jogging task.
The awesome foursome made our way on foot to the eery Abney Hall Park estate, ready to clean the park of any debris.
We searched amongst the leaves and brambles for any unwanted rubbish to collect and bin. The dark night, misty sky and gothic hall made for a great setting for ghost tales! We even unearthed a pet cemetery nestled between the house orchards.
Pete gave us the much awaited reviews of Dynasty - great fruity curry sauce but small portions! And as a standard, we discussed food, bake off and the protection of Kirsty's hair after wash night!
After filtering a bag of rubbish from the park, we headed back to complete our 7km group run.
And we left in great 'spirit'
