This week's fitness challenge was one which was designed to burn the bum and quads, sorry about that guys (not really sorry...).
Massive well done to everyone who took part during the week, you all smashed it! We will now never do 'Tuck Jumps' again, which will now be know as Pikachu Jumps henceforth. Thanks to Tim for trialling out Pikachu noises at the same time so we don't have to.
Other additions included Alison's mid-workout animal-stroking (always worth it), Matt doing the workout to an audience (or he likes to think so anyway) and a lot of fire-y quads (kudos to Charlene after tagging it onto the end of her yoga session!).
Well done to everyone who mixed the workout up to make it work for them too, love to see your creativity!
