Today Abi and I used our lunch break to run to help Mr L by getting his home ready for his discharge from hospital.

It was a standard furniture moving task - a lounge needing rearranging to make space for a hospital bed for Mr L to use when he is discharged. As his family were self isolating, a lovely chap from Age UK came to oversee things.

Other than a struggle to find a keysafe, all went swimmingly. Abi and I enjoyed our first explore of the Heworth area, and may have slightly got delicious wraps on the run home.
