The challenge was to let your creative juices flow and to create art on the streets, either a tribute to the NHS, or a piece of art of your choice using Strava. Thanks to everyone who took part. Here are the pieces:

“Redland’s Feathered Friend” by Alex

As winter turns to spring the birds begin to sing. I’d imagine if this bird began to sing we’d all be deaf but what a way to go. I’m sure you’d all agree that the detail in the wings really make this picture pop. Spot on.

“The NHS Tribute” by Richard

Not once, not twice, but thrice. The penmanship in writing NHS is quite exquisite and a fitting tribute to the amazing people who day after day strive in difficult conditions to help those in need.

“Keep Smiling” by Clo

A smile is infectious. A feeling shared with others that can brighten someone’s day. This piece has the widest grin, the sort of grin where the eyes are also smiling in agreement. Lovely.

“Person reclining in a chair, stretching and yawning” by Alison

Ohh those balmy warm evenings reclining in a chair, ice cold drink by your side, not a care in the world. Wonderfully evoked in this submission. Have a little yawn, it’s ok, we’ll join you.

“Finding a new friend on the downs” by Me

This guy is out of season, sporting a fetching beanie. But he doesn’t care, he plays by his own rules while he gazes into the middle distance.
