Louise, Rob (a local resident and new Good Gymer) and I joined Mike and Isaac from Urban Green for 2 hours of good work and great chat. We crowned trees (yes, that is a thing!), sqelched on sodden ground, cleared brambles from boulders so carefully (and exhaustingly!) put in place a while back. It was a great mix of fresh air, serious upper body work, and fab chat. The height of the debris pile is testimony to a good(gym) morning's work done :)
