Once upon a time 6 years ago on 17 May 2016, Goodgym came to Croydon, our leader at the time was Juliet accompanied by (25) runners they ran to Croydon Arena in South Norwoodto where they cleaned some of the bikes used by the Cycling on Referral and TfL’s Cycling Instructor schemes and also some litter picking in and around Arena. Today 6 years on with the baton being passed to an outsider Conroy, he lead a group of 9 to Parkhill to help Catherine and Josie add more soil to their new planting beds. Ros and Ingrid did some litter picking and then dug a trench for a sleeper. Steph did some weeding of the GG plot. Shiny yellow McRotary face did an epic job of sorting the shi##y soil from the good stuff whilst Cathy and Paul (mutual stalkers from years back) filled wheelbarrows of each. We also celebrated Hannah's 100th good deed!

Once McRotary Face had been stored safely away, the evening was concluded with a well deserved visit to Boxpark for some food and drink with burgers a popular choice! Burger starter burger main burger desert (not there but almost) onto the next 6!!!!
