Where to start? Bubbly Mrs M. has a tablet and wants to connect to the other peeps in the North London Cares network. Last week someone came to set this up for her. But then she couldn't watch music videos from the Sugarbabes on YouTube anymore because her Google accounts are all mixed up and her tablet thinks it's logged in to an account that has been deleted. Turns out that samsung tabs keep Google account information that cannot be deleted. So whatever G item you try to access, it asks for a password, pretends to reset and brings you around in circles. Cleared cache, uninstalled G, played with the settings... nothing. In the end, the only thing that could remedy was a factory reset, which brought us to the next problem. Zoom won't install because the current version was too new for her tablet. Found an antique version to install, but then of course it pushed for an update, and crashed. Very, very frustrating.
