Five Goodgymmers signed up with Mental Health Collective's Kindness by Post initiative which involved spreading positivity by sending cards to strangers.
Jacqui and Sally ran down Holloway road to post their cards and followed this with intervals round the Emirates.
As it was Jacqui's 100th good deed, she enthusiastically donned the celebratory cape and horn, attracting many admiring glances and comments from the people of Holloway.
Kat wrote a letter and card for an isolated elderly person in the local area.

7 of you GoodGymers rolled out of bed and into our Saturday morning 30 minute core workout today!
It was great to see some tourists joining us Camdeners, the more the merrier.
After a 4 exercise warmup for a few minutes, we got through the 3 sets, three times over.
Here's the exercises we did, in case you want to go through them again:
SET ONE
8 x Plank up/downs
8 x Walkouts/Inchworms
8 x Burpees
SET TWO
8 x Squat w/ knee and alternate elbow (remember to keep your hands on the back of your head)
8 x Plankjacks
24 x Mountain Climbers
SET THREE
8 x Leg raises
8 x Skaters (on each side, so 16 in total)
8 x Side Lunges

What a way to kickstart the weekend - 30 minutes of core exercises to get the heartrate going.
Thanks to Livvy, CJ and Rashmi for getting themselves up and out of bed to come and workout with me. I hope you enjoyed yourselves - or at least got the heart pumping!
*We did 3 sets of exercises and rotated around them three times, doing 8 reps of each exercise instead of the normal 10 so they were almost over before they even started. *
Mountain climbers, plank walkouts, Russian twists - you name it, we probably did it.
