A seriously warm Summer evening in London Town saw a great turnout for the penultimate Fitness 4 All Islington session before we move South of the river on the 8th of September!
Awesome to see Six runners on their very first GoodGym session!! Hope it is the first of many fun filled runs with GoodGym.
We got to work mastering our running techniques with a series of form drills to get everything working in the right direction and creating a super economical running motion.
After the drills and some balance activation strength exercises we got rolling with some pace changing relay reps. Working from a easy pace to a slightly challenging one we powered through 3 blocks for 4 minutes of paired relays with some intense High Fives thrown in for good measure.
Some serious fast, hot and sweaty reps were completed by everyone and great to see visible improvements made during the session!
