With two Italian greyhounds and one Italian lady we ate an Italian panini (well, Helen did) & had a lovely & very muddy walk around Roundhay woods today. Basically, we went Italian crazy 🇮🇹 😜

Federica earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Federica completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Federica was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Federica has done their first good deed with GoodGym. 🎉

GoodGym Runner
Federica has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Federica is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

5 GoodGymers went along to the Tribe Community Garden today to support the Tribe Youth Group to give something back to Pendas Community Centre. We raked, cleared, dug up & planted some much needed plants for spring/summer.
The Tribe Youth Group is the Leeds Child Friendly Leeds Youth Group of the Year for 2020 and offers 75 young people in the East Leeds area the opportunity to make a difference to themselves and the community they live in through creative, health, lifeskills and social action projects.
4 out of 5 of us had never been to a GoodGym session before (including me). It was great to meet everyone & to get outside in some fresh air. I can't wait until the next one now :)
