Well done to us for making it out early on a super hot Sunday to help Wythenshawe community run go smoothly.
75 runners braved the heat and made it round safely, luckily we were stationed marshalling in the shade!

Today after a sudden change of arrangements we were able to do a group sesh at Ashton Park.
We met up at 11 and managed to complete the following:
🌸 Litter picking 🌸 Flower bed clearing 🌸 wildflower seed scattering 🌸 planting 🌸 den building
Even Freddy and Fizz managed a litter pick!

We went further afield (get it?!) today and dog walked the paths near Turn Moss. It was a right mess in places, so we picked up what we could and reported some awful fly tipping to the council.
Fizz Frain earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🥇

Fizz Frain earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Fizz completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Fizz was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Fizz Frain has done their first good deed with GoodGym. 🎉

Fizz Frain has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Fizz is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

A big well done and thank you to a crack team of sisters (and dog) who rocked up to Turn Moss fields on an incredibly windy Saturday afternoon to pick up litter and have a good old chat.
Also congrats to Charlotte Charlotte on her first ever good deed with GoodGym Trafford! :-D
