Am previously Ex Military, enjoy a challenge and often set myself a 'bucket list' task/challenge to fulfil my fitness motivation. This year alone I have 3 challenges planned, 3 Peaks in 36 hours, The Alpine Challenge, Zermatt, Switzerland and The Cumbrian Challenge 'Walking with the Wounded' I possess excellent organisational skills as quite regularly draft teams together to meet the challenge. I see this as an ideal opportunity to combine fitness, personal aspiration and community spirit/cohesion....
