Helen Ahmad earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Helen completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Helen was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Helen Ahmad has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Helen is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

We definitely weeded this evening our first visit of the year to Ravensknowle Memorial Garden.
Thanks to Kati Law, Louse Galvin, Ben Godfrey, David Bilton and new girl Helen Ahmad for their collective efforts this evening.
Although it needs a bit more work the garden is beginning to look memorable for the right reasons once again.
Extra thanks also to Louise for providing our post-weeding refreshments!
