Four GoodGymers spent a lovely warm and sunny evening at the Colchester in Bloom allotment. We watered, weeded, dug, strimmed and debagged some fresh soil to help rejuvenate a bed ready for something new.
Eight hands make light work, well done all especially Hridyaand Rayfor your first allotment task! And Louisewho showed serious strimmer skills!

Hridya H has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Hridya is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Hridya H earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 😎

Hridya H earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Hridya completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Hridya was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

On a pleasant and ever lightening spring evening we amassed a small but eager group to once more clean the foodbank.
We were blessed with two new Goodgymmers! A big welcome to Gigi and Hridya on their first task, along with the new joiners from our last task its an exciting phase of growth for the team. Skipping any running this week, various illness and children's bedtimes getting in the way, we made light work for sweeping the floors and a very thorough mopping, perhaps its deepest clean yet.
Great to welcome new members and look ahead to upcoming tasks, our spring clean has put us all in good mood.
