Tonight we met at Heart and headed into Tiny Boo for a deep clean of the nursery space. There were 13 of us, so it didn't take long to clean the furniture, toys, carpet and climbing frame. Some of the group did the surfaces in the corridors as well.
We were supposed to be having a game of rounders in the park but it was rainy and wet so we decided just to head to the pub for a rounder drinks instead!
We went to Head of Steam and found 2 Shuffleboards where we had a tournament with Bryony and Jitheesh winning their rounds but Bryony taking the final win...Well done Bryony!
Some of the boys played darts & pool. It was great catching up over a drink, thanks all & see you for the next installment.

With a nice big group of 15 GoodGymers, tonight we had two groups, one for runners & one for walkers and we all headed up to Rosebank to litter pick for Hyde Park Source.
We filled a whopping 15 purple bags full of weird & wonderful rubbish including jeans, knickers & a CCTV sign!
The area was much improved after we left, so well done to the whole team!
Welcome to 3 lovely newcomers Pik, Lana & Kerry. We hope to see you all again soon.

Leeds Report written by Leeds runner
Today, three GoodGymers made their way down to Kirkstall Valley Farm to help out with harvesting some courgettes for the season as well as clearing out weeds that had grown around the carrots.
A lot of the courgettes had already been harvested so we made very quick work of that and Jack and myself only managed to collect small 4-6 inch courgettes whilst Emily made her but with a large foot long courgette. After we wrapped that up very quickly, we made our way down the field where the carrots were being grown. They were not yet ready for harvesting, we had to clear out a lot of the plants and weeds that were growing around them (as well as the occasional misplaced potato).
As we were doing this, a very hippie style festival was taking place at the farm, with some interesting music. They were interested in extending their vibes to 'small amounts of sexy people' - the great start of a great cult and I wish them all the luck.
We finished the day by taking home some farm-grown vegetables, thank you Kirkstall Valley Farm.
Warm welcome to Emily and hope to see her at future sessions.

Tonight 10 GoodGymers ran down to Homeless Hampers for our quickest task yet!
We created hygiene bags for 20 men and 20 women for the Homeless Hampers team to give out this weekend. We also sorted out clothes and shoes to pack the van for them to be given out to homeless people in Leeds.
Many hands make light work & after a quick 40 minute task we were done and could run back to Heart.
For once we were all back home in good time for an earlier than usual Wednesday dinner!
It was great to meet Jitheesh tonight for his first session & to welcome back Shannen who used to be a member a couple of years ago. We hope to see you both again soon.
Well done all!
