I used to work in domiciliary care for 4 years with the elderly and chronically ill but now I work in mental health, which I think has its obvious parallels. I have always been into fitness but with my own struggles I see sometimes a lack of motivation sometimes in myself but I have always loved my work helping people, I never missed a day, so I feel as though this project is a good way to motivate many people, connect many more, and benefit everyone.
