Jasvir Grewal has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Jasvir is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Camden Report written by Paul Bown
19 Goodgymers ran between 4-10km to sweep leaves for Castlehaven and leaflet for Marie Cure
Welcome along to Dom and Jasvir whose first times it was last night!
In the news this week:
Castlehaven Report:
After we warmed, we talked about lots of news and fancy dress ideas for the Christmas Party on Saturday while we ran the 1.8km to Castlehaven Community Centre.
This fantastic centre provides green spaces for the local community, puts on educational activities for young people and works with older people as well. Our task for the evening was to sweep and collect up leaves in the park closest to Camden Market.
Leaf it out
We split into two's and three's armed with rakes, grabbers and black bags. We really gave the area and thorough going over, collecting up 10 bags in 25 minutes.
Once finished we took a group picture and ran a longer way home - nice!
Leafleting for Marie Curie:
Pritesh led a band of 6 on an adventure up the hill towards Belsize Park and Hampstead to deliver leaflets for Marie Curie's Lights to Remember Event (taking place on 8th December). This is their annual remembrance event, which brings people together to remember their loved ones. They have readings and music and light candles before enjoying tea and mince pies. Anyone is welcome to join us too should they wish.
After a 4km run up hill the team collected a massive 500 leaflets to distribute around the local area, sticking in pairs so not to get lost. On the way back home they went over Primrose Hill and as you can see from the photos it was a glorious view!
Sign up here for next week's tasks when we'll be helping Scope Charity Shop.
