Jayan Roopra has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Jayan is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Tonight was the running session followed by a litter pick in the lovely Sutton Park.
The running session was 4 x 1 minute efforts, followed by 4 x 2 minute efforts, this was then followed by another set of 4 x 1 minute efforts.
Once done we did a litter pick near the town gate. Danielle gave us a pun! But unfortunately by the time I got home and after a weights session I had forgot it! Hopefully we can use it next time!
