Jonatas Prochnow has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Jonatas is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Last night saw a wonderful turnout of incredible GoodGymers - new and familiar (not old!) to help the High Lane Residents Association to clear a plot of land on the Middlewood Way.
The HLRA are planning to plant a beautiful display of sunflowers on the previously overgrown and bramble covered area.
We took a 2.5 km scenic but uphill run to meet David and his HLRA colleague at the location, before setting to work with some serious digging and wheelbarrowing.
Within no time, the area was bramble free and we were all ready for an easy downhill return.
Jonatas Prochnow signed up to a group run.
