Five Goodgymmers, Caprice, Daryl, KC, Keith and Lea, set out in glorious sunshine to drop some flyers in Talbot Village. Caprice took the “flyer drop” rather too literally: not once, twice, no three times did she drop the flyers. Mind you, they were very, as in VERY, slippery! Lea was worried about her DNA being left at potential crime scenes after she cut her hand open on a particularly nasty letterbox. Actually it’s surprising how many awful letterboxes there are! You cannot but feel sympathy for postmen… Many steps were taken, many flyers dropped and some well-earned sustenance at the end of the drop!

Janet, KC and Caprice met on a fresh breezy Saturday to distribute flyers on behalf of The Talbot Village Trust.

The flyers were advertising a wonderful winter Solstice Event being held on the 21st December at Slades Park Farm.

The event sounds great.... With whole day of free activities consisting of Winter Jam Jar decorating, a Woodland Leafy Crown Workshop and the day ending with a woodland fire pit interactive story telling session with CoCreate. (talbotvillagetrust.org/solstice)

The GoodGymers were given a list of streets to aim for and they got to work weaving their way and after a very soggy morning even the sun made an appearance!

KC, Daryl and Caprice were so pleased to be able to help UHD NHS Charity with their 10K Charity Twilight walk. They were asked to marshal the 10K turn around point which was located near Fisherman's Walk. Over 200 participants made their way across the promenade to raise money for the Charity with amazing outfits and smiles all round. With High Fives a flying KC, Daryl and Caprice cheered them on to their finish line. What a great sight and for a great cause! Well done to those that entered. You smashed it!!

Caprice,KC,Neil and Daryl meet at the Brewhouse in the Triangle to go on to the Care home for there monthly Quiz KC cycled whilst Caprice Neil and Daryl ran to the care home.Caprice was Quiz Master as she made the quiz which was very good well done Caprice One of the rounds was guess the age (how old is Dick Van Dyke)Hes 98 in December. We had the usual music round they had some banking tunes back in the day.Kc and Neil's team won by two points so it was very close. Next week we are meeting at the Brewhouse and going back to our old friends at Hope Housing we look forward to seeing you all.I must just say good luck to Caprice who is doing a race on Saturday round Corfe Castle I shall see you next week at Hope Housing Daryl
