Karen Sewell earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Karen completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Karen was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Karen Sewell has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Karen is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

It was great to welcome Dianne and Karen for their first GoodGym community missions and they both did a fantastic job!
Head torches at the ready - the team sifted and sorted through endless bags of clothing, ensuring the selected items were up to the normal high standards. Nothing went amiss - no bobbles in our bundles of joy!
All the items were categorised and marked as checked ready for their new owners.
This is such a rewarding charity to help out at, it’s always a pleasure to attend.
