Kourosh (he/him) has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Kourosh is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Tonight we were asked to record some bits for ITV Central! This included Steve from Dads Lane speaking about some of the work we've done there in the past and how much we have helped - I've chosen to include some old photos for a bit of a walk down memory lane. Can anyone believe it's been 5 years since we got involved!
We had a new GoodGymer join us! Kourosh was a great help in the cleaning and then joined us all on our 4k run round Stirch. Massive respect to him and hope to see you again soon!!
