Lisa Winchester earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Lisa completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Lisa was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Coventry Report written by Allan Mansfield
This Saturday, GoodGym supported Bedworth Parkrun by helping fill their volunteer roster and completing a litter pick of the park.
Saturday was a busy day for GoodGyms up and down the country as everyone donned their red t-shirts to celebrate GoodGym’s 10th birthday with different missions.
We decided to help Bedworth Parkrun with their duties this week, and we knew they would be busy today with many visitors popping across from Coventry as their event was cancelled due to an event in the park. Thank you to Allan for leading up the task force on this mission and for Liz for liaising with the Bedworth Event Director.
The sun was shining today and the team soon got stuck in with a variety of different roles, which included time keeping, marshalling, report writing and token sorting. We also welcomed Lisa for her first mission with Coventry GoodGym and it was lovely to meet Huw and Jimmy from Leicester GoodGym; we hope you had a super time and visit again! It was also great to see people’s interest in GoodGym and share what we do with the Parkrun community. We hope to welcome some of them soon on our regular Tuesday night sessions.
After the event had finished, we completed a litter pick and Huw and Jimmy completed the token sorting. Once the park was looking spotless, some of us headed to the café for a well earnt brew.
Thank you to the Bedworth Parkrun community for making us so welcome.
(Thanks also to Lil who wrote this report, even though the website gave me credit for it)
