Hi, I'm Lynsey and I work for the Keep Britain Tidy RiverCare & BeachCare team http://www.rivercare.org.uk/home/2773 We work with 45 different volunteer groups across East Anglia (including 3 GoodGym groups!) Our focus is on keeping our rivers and beaches clean and healthy. We predominantly undertake litter picking around rivers and beaches (we clear everything from plastic bottles and crisp packets to trolleys and bikes), but our groups also often move onto other biodiversity work such as Himlayan balsam pulling or riverbank restoration. I live and work in Cambridge.
