Brent Report written by Tabitha Skinner
On Monday Nash, Samina, Pete and Tabitha ran to Brent Mencap where we were promised mountains of shredding.... and there definitely was!! Three huge boxes were waiting for us. We split into two teams with the Men Manning the Shredders and the ladies preparing the sheets and clearing the waste.
We thought it would be a never ending task however with our team work we managed to complete all the shredding in the session. Grate work! ;-)
We emptied the bags into the recyling bin and jogged back to our meeting point for a well deserved drink.

Nash, Samina, Beatriz, Lee and Pete met at B and B, did a warm up, then split into 3 teams to distribute flyers for the Willesden Library of Things! Lee went down Willesden Lane, Nash and Beatriz did the south east quarter and Pete and Samina did the south West. After many post boxes, up and down steps and lots of flyers given we all returned to B and B for a quick drink and chat. Well done everyone, a few kms covered, some exercise and help for the community 👏👏

Brent Report written by Tabitha Skinner
On Monday Goodgym Brent met in Willesden and welcomed Nash to his first GoodGym session, Great to have you join us! This weeks task was delivering flyers to the newly opened Willesden Library of Things. Its a great initiatiave where you can borrow useful things for your home, projects and adventures.
We split into two groups to tackle the streets of Willesden. Lee, Samina and Nash formed one group, they were warned ' You are being recorded ' by the Ring Doorbells, and had to avoid a barking dog. The leaflets flew out of their hands and in no time at all they were done. Meanwhile Pete, Tabitha and Beatriz were delivering to a number of lovely local houses, some with driveways bigger than our flats...maybe one day we will live there....
We met back in Willesden to re group and look forward to seeing eachother again soon for the next great Task Thank you all!
