Windsor and Maidenhead Report written by Windsor and Maidenhead runner
Rachel, Georgeta, Neeta and Sheila got up very early on a Sunday morning to help out at the Town Show. Stallholders arriving at the entrance to the Nicholsons Centre had to be found a place to park temporarily while they unloaded their stuff, directed to their pitch and sent off to park their cars, all as quickly as possible before the next cohort arrived. Everyone worked tirelessly, particularly helping the solo stallholders, and some of them had ALOT of stuff! Great work, everyone

The community allotment certainly didn't need watering this evening, the sky having done that little job for us. it was lovely to welcome Neeta to her first session here, accompanied by her two furry friends. Coco and Bella were very put out at being left in the car, even if they could see us through the window. We set to work removing the dwarf beans from bed 7, and then covered the bed with weed-suppressant membrane, and weighed it down with bricks and stones. In the remaining time, we gave the beds a quick weed

Neeta earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Neeta completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Neeta was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Saturday 3rd August
Neeta has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Neeta is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Sheila and Rachel welcomed first-timer Neeta to Nature's Haven. After a quick tour around the garden, Neeta set to work doing some weeding and watering alonside other volunteers. Meanwhile Rachel and Sheila dug over a recently-cleared area, pulling out all the old bramble and shrub roots they could find. After a quick tea break, it was back to work, but the session was over before we knew it. Another satisfying morning at Nature's Haven, and it was great to get to know Neeta at what, we hope, will be the first of many Goodgym sessions
