Nouri completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Nouri was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Nouri is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Tabitha , Chris , Beatriz , Nouri and Pete helped Jack from Seeds of growth shift around 1500 litres of soil into a raised bed We took it in turns filling barrows , walking them to the beds and shifting the soil .
This will help elderly residents be able to plant flowers this Spring .

Argh! Sorry guys, I won't be able to make session 2 after all :( (But I'll be there on Bank Holiday Monday.) Just wanted to let you know in case that scuppers plans for anyone else if you can't get enough people.
