I have a love-hate relationship with running but am passionate about people and community. I grew up in Wallasey and moved to Manchester to study for a degree in Psychology when I completed my A Levels. After graduating I followed a successful Leadership career within the recruitment and training industry. Using my personal experience of self-development and my own wellbeing journey, I more recently founded a social enterprise which works with parent-carers who have children with complex health needs. I work with this community across the North West to teach the power & importance of self-care. I recently enrolled as a student with School for Social Entrepreneurs which has opened a huge network of friends and business partners who, like me, are all committed to creating social change in their community.
