Barnet Report written by Barnet runner
A few quick words to say: thank you to everyone who came, dressed up, donated to Stephen's House, and partied away. We thought it was brilliant and hope that you agree. Some thank yous:
🎅 to our wonderful DJs Alex and Chi, who did a great job with their alternating sets
🎅 to our amazing hosts Stephen's House, who kept the drinks flowing and were so flexible with every request we had
🎅 to GGB's very own Mumtaz who did SO much work in getting the party from a concept to a reality
🎅 and finally, to our prize winners who made an amazing effort with their costumes: 3rd place was of course Steve in his Elf and Safety outfit (and a whole persona) 2nd was Rosie and her 5 gold rings 1st ~drum roll~ was Beth as a Pig in Blanket!!!
Thanks again. I hope you like the photos and do join us in thanking everyone here when you next see them. Have a brilliant Christmas.

Westminster Report written by Joel Wiles
9 Westminster GoodGym greats ran 7.5k and moved 10k to deliver 400 leaflets for Open Age Charity to get the word out about their new physical activity classes for the over 50’s.
Getting our minimum daily allowance of steps cracked in a 90 minute of GG action!! A strong 3.5k run up to Paddington Green where we burst into delivering action! A super speedy team tonight were masters of the delivery leapfrog Technique!! Zipping up each road in almost precision formation!!
Road after road helping to reach some of Westminster’s more difficult to reach residents who would love to come along to a physically active, socially inclusive and heavily subsidised exercise class, but they just didn’t know it was going on!!
Leaflet piles going down fast we made it to our furthest North point where we nipped around the Estate for a final Push before turning on our heels and running back to base!
With time running short we took the direct route back for some added running thrills along Oxford street after a little sheesha cafe pick me along Edgware Road.
All back we 90 minutes of solid physical activity helping out a lovely local charity.
See you next week for our visit to One Big Family!!
