The heat may not have been ideal conditions for this Group Run but where there's a will - and hill (or two incidentally) - there's a way!

This run turned into a half run - half mission as I made my way to All Hallows church to finish what had been started the previous week. And the heat may well have upped the tempo with lots of cutting back done quickly!

The 'undulating route' back to town was an extra challenge, chasing those hills with my backpack on. Army training, anyone?!

GoodGymers Imogen and Natalie headed off to All Hallows Church to help them tackle their garden.

Welcomed by Donald, Imogen was handed the strimmer and didn't look back! Clearly a natural gardener here... Natalie got stuck in tidying up some of the bushes and raking and within an hour, the garden was certainly looking tidier and ready for Phase Two next week.

Some good hills on the way back to test those calves- Imogen by bike and Natalie on foot!
