3 goodgymmers helped out this week, with Nick at sunny Melton and Katy & stu at watermead where Paralympian Hannah Moore made a Game changer guest appearance and inspired the record turnout runners!

4 volunteers braved enough rain to launch the ark this morning to help at junior parkrun enabling 75 kids to get their parkrun fix. Katy was ably supported as RD by Lynn, Mel and Dave.

Well organised and friendly junior park run. 99 runners this week the second highest number of attendance for this Park Run.

today we had 2 goodgymmers helping at watermead juniors with super trooper Lynn volunteering for the 50th time at the event!
