Well done to everyone who turned up to Chorlton Park on Saturday to help (and in some cases hinder - Freddy and Fizz!) with the tidy up operation!

This morning a group of us met up to tidy up Chorlton Park, get some fitness and have a right good chinwag!

Dave and I met up in sub zero (-4 to be precise) temperatures to whizz round the park and do a litter pick.

Well done us!

Well done to the crew who picked up a load of litter after a partner fitness sesh involving barrels!

Whilst in the progress of helping Friends of Chorlton park keep everything tidy by litter picking on Saturday, i saw Snow White and her evil stepmother! No photos to prove it but you'll just have to believe me....or am i living in a fairy tale?!

It was a lovely morning to be out in the park!

Meera and I helped the Friends of Chorlton Park finish off their new bug house by planting round it to attract insects to it. While we were there we saw a huge bumble bee having a good investigation of our handiwork!

After we'd planted we did a fun fitness sesh in the sun!
