4 goodgymers ran approximately 1 mile each way from our local pub meeting point to the Sainsburys supermarket to donate food in support of Grace foodbank in Sheffield.

Grace foodbank provides a food distribution service to those in need in the Lowedges area of Sheffield.

For the route we took the less car fumey way following part River Sheaf Walk (https://www.sheafportertrust.org/river-sheaf-walk) and during which we included a few stair set squats and bollard step overs (high knees) just for fun.

For the GG 2020 January Challenge Sheffield Goodgymers gathered to support our Sheffield foodbanks. Together we donated a good trolley-load of much needed groceries to support our Sheffield neighbours in need. Tonight we also clocked an extra couple of miles in as we ran to and from the Broadfield together.
