Kati Law, Nicoleta Nazare and I went back to school yesterday, Kirkheaton Primary School to help tidy their wildlife garden. The wildlife garden, which was probably a bit wilder than originally intended took some tackling but Kati, myself and first time GoodGymmer Nicoleta were well up to the task, and spent an enjoyable couple of hours digging, weeding and cutting back brambles. Well done team!

The weather put a slight dampener on the original plan to paint a fence at Kirkheaton Primary School, but there was plenty to keep David Bilton and I busy for a couple of hours. We set about cutting back a huge shrub in the school grounds which had been overcome with ivy. In doing so we found nearly 50 small balls, presumably lost from PE lessons and playtimes over the years!
