1 Goodgymer walked 4.5 miles and completed 15,000 steps whilst delivering leaflets in support of Leamington Old Town CIC and The Sydni Centre spreading the news of their upcoming Old Timers American and Classic Car Show. 300 leaflets were distributed around houses in Southam.

Having helped with set-up for Bikerlott first thing this morning, 2 Goodgymers returned at the end of the event to help with close down.

We arrived to catch the tail end of one of the live rock bands that had been playing all day with lots of people still enjoying the lovely weather and music.

We helped to pack away the gazebo that we'd helped set-up earlier for the helmet storage, including some tables and signs. Next we helped with a litter pick along the full length of the street, the main item of litter being cigarette butts. This task seemed to fly by as we were still enjoying the classic rock being blasted out by the DJ who had taken over after the last band had finished. It was then a case of collecting up some additional bins that had been placed along the street which were now packed full of bottles and food wrappers from everyone's fun day at the event.

With most of the stall holders packed up by this time, we said our goodbyes and look forward to the next time!

2 Goodgymers gave up their Sunday morning lie in to help Leamington Old Town CIC with setting up for the Bikerlott festival on Clemens Street in Leamington.

We arrived bright and early and were given our high vis jackets and lanyards before getting stuck in with setting up gazebos, helping direct stall holders to their spots along the street and generally lending a hand with whatever needed doing.

This year there is an exciting Isle of Man TT simulator, as well as lots of food stalls, charity stalls, gift stalls and of course, lots of bikes!! It's going to be a hot one so I'm sure the event will be a huge success and we will be back later this evening to help with event close down.
