I and other volunteers of the church did food sorting. They would be served tomorrow. It was my first time to do such a thing. A staff told me how to do it.
We needed to take care not to make mistakes. The amount of food were different depends on the number of houses. We need to be careful especially to special people like halal. We must not serve pork because they don't eat.
We are good team so that we finished around for 1 and half hour!

This evening I began by preparing the base crates for the deliveries today and tomorrow.
My next task was to pack some food for Sharon to take to members of the community. Unfortunately, whilst sorting the food, I found two crates of mouldy grapes which needed to be disposed of.

1 excellent runner cycled like a maniac to St lukes Church in fernhead Road, there he helped the lovely ladies sort out food deliveries and learnt how prepare the food deliveries. The foodbank ladies were most appreciative and a good result was had.
