OMEGA(Oxfordshire ME Group for Action) is a countywide membership organisation for people with ME, CFS and related conditions. Our committee consisits of volunteers, all of whom are ill themselves and/or are carers for people who are ill. Because our members have limited energy they may need extra assistance, not in a predictable way.14 GoodGymers have supported OMEGA (Oxfordshire ME Group for Action) with 5 tasks.
