After the initial let-down, lies and false promises of mud scrubbing (we already scrubbed the mud off, sorry) Good Gym got to work repainting the big back wall of the RWA. A couple of scaffold climbers Sarah and @darren did a 'top' job while Melanie skillfully cut in and Richard did the easy bits. I did the very important work of making sure everyone wore their shoe protectors and didn't paint over any other art.
Then a little evening exploration of a definitely haunted RWA and a nod to HRH downstairs.
Art well and truly attacked!

The sun came out for some of GoodGym’s finest who heroically volunteered at super short notice to shift two tonnes of soil… that turned out to be ten tonnes…. Whoops. Despite major miscalculations ALL the soil got shovelled into the RWA’s new planters, led expertly by Planty Jane who let us know when to add the ‘sprinkly stuff’ into the mix. Six filled planters later and all the soil bags emptied, even the stacked up high ones, and we called it a very successful night. Looking forward to welcoming you all back to RWA to visit soon! No hard labour involved, promise.
