Phase two of the mission. Last time we sanded, this time we got to do the good bit... painting! It was messy work but a neighbour came to the rescue with some plastic to protect the floor! What a star! After some hard graft painting woodwork and doors the pair had to admit defeat. Four doors down and four more to go. I feel another cheeky mission coming along so watch this space if you want to come help. See you then!

Enjoying the last of the sunshine, Daryl, Neil and Caprice met up for a mini run to the Mission. After waiting for some time to access the property and a little rocky start they eventually got cracking. Volunteering on behalf of Safe And Sound Dorset and working alongside the Charity Shelter, the team got to work sanding all the woodwork for a new rental property for Miss E. Miss E. was very appreciative and looked forward to our return to paint the woodwork. It was 'rough' work all that sanding but they did it! Mission accomplished. Until next time, watch this space for a date to paint!
