A glorious morning at Salt Hill today as 3 of us helped the junior parkrun event.
36 children whizzed around the 2km course as we marshalled and supported them around.

Four GoodGymers got up early to help Salthill junior parkrun with their juniors event.

Great time was had by all as 32 children ran, jogged or walked the 2km course.

We covered off duties such as marshals, timekeeping and Run Director

Thank you to our 5 volunteers for helping this morning at Salt Hill. Keith was Marshall 3 how could he POSSIBLY SEE the super tall chimney.
Pam was our 11 - 8 marshal making sure the children dont slide down the slope. Adam was Marshall 6 you could say the building opposite looked like Mars so he maybe could of picked up a couple of choco twix. Manjit postioned on 1 the most difficult task, is to make sure they all go round the post and that the job done!!!

Bright and early on a Sunday morning 4 Goodgymers helped out at our local junior parkrun.

Its always such a lovely event and the weather today was spot on.

We help keep 31 children safe in the park as we marshalled the route.
