Last minute drama! ๐ฑ Our original task got cancelled, but luckily, we had the opportunity to lend a hand at the amazing Tiny Forest instead! ๐ Chau and I geared up for a quick run ๐ to get there and got straight to work.
Our mission? To tackle those pesky weeds! ๐ฟ We pulled out a bunch, including one mysterious plant that had us scratching our heads ๐ค. A quick reverse image search later, and we discovered it was a sneaky mallow plant! ๐ณ Who knew they could be so stubborn? ๐ช Those roots were deep, and we were determined to get them out. We ended up on our bums a few times ๐, but at least we gave it our all! ๐ฅ
The soil, on the other hand, was looking fabulous ๐ธ! We spotted plenty of worms wiggling around, which is always a good sign ๐ฟ. However, there was one mallow that decided to put up a fight ๐ค. Even after some serious stone bashing ๐ช, we deemed it a 2-session weed ๐คฏ. Don't worry, we'll be back next week to finish the job! ๐ฅ
We managed to dash back in time before the sun dipped too low โฐ. The run back was just what we needed to cool down ๐. The real takeaway from our session? We're both inspired to start growing our own herbs ๐! Mint cocktails, anyone? ๐น

On a wonderfully sunny Wednesday evening, a team of Goodgymer's descended upon the enchanting Tiny Forest, ready to lend a hand. The day had started with torrential rain, but luckily, the skies cleared just in time for our session. As we began, the sun shone brightly overhead, and we were even treated to a stunning double rainbow โ a perfect accompaniment to our efforts.
Our mission was to tackle the overgrown weeds that had taken over parts of the Tiny forest. The rain had made the soil softer, making it easier to remove the stubborn plants. With determination and teamwork, we made significant progress, leaving the forest looking loved and cared for.
After a productive weeding session, we got moving with a fun fitness session. We ended with a jumping lunges competition! With smiles and laughter, we wrapped up the session and made our way back to the station, feeling invigorated and fulfilled.
Huge thanks to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening at Tiny Forest. Your energy and enthusiasm made a real difference, and we're grateful for your time and effort.

On a gloriously sunny Wednesday, a team of GoodGymmers gathered at the ever-inspiring Tiny Forest for an afternoon of green-fingered TLC.
The task? Wrestle with some seriously overgrown creeper weeds that had taken over parts of the siteโand these were not your average garden variety. These giants were determined to stay rooted, but luckily, so were we.
After a solid weeding session, we turned our attention to the litter that had snuck its way into the undergrowth. In true GoodGym style, bags were filled, odd items unearthed (a half-buried shoe may have made an appearance), and by the end, the Tiny Forest looked loved once again.
With the hard graft done, we didnโt stop there. Taking full advantage of the sturdy benches and that blazing sunshine, we rounded off with a bonus fitness sessionโthink tricep dips, step-ups, and a good stretch, all with smiles and a side of sweat.
Huge thanks to everyone who came along and gave their time and energy. The forest (and the local wildlife!) are gratefulโand so are we. ๐ณโ๏ธ๐ช
