We do this through our befriending, social prescribing and volunteering services in Brighton, Hove and beyond, and by sharing our ideas and expertise nationally. In a city of nearly 300,000, no one should be lonely or socially isolated. Together, we can make sure no one is.

Together Co operates the largest one-to-one befriending service in the UK and works with GP surgeries to deliver social prescribing that helps people find places and people they need to feel happier and healthier. Our 400 volunteers give their time every week to help someone who otherwise would be chronically lonely. Last year, this amounted to more than 14,000 hours with over 1,000 people receiving help.
