Sunday 2nd June
Emma Brooks has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Emma is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Sunday 2nd June
Emma Brooks earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Emma completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Emma was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Bromley Report written by Bromley runner
Emma and I joined the Penge Festival Fete team this afternoon for their very efficient pack down. Our first job was a sweep of everyone’s rubbish bags (we also tried to sort as much recycling from the rubbish as we could!) Next up was taking down the arena bunting and poles (Emma is particularly skilled at neat bunting folding), followed by a quick gazebo recce and then a final bit of litter and recycling picking. Lovely to meet more of the local community, and we even got scouted for some more volunteering opportunities in July.
