Curious? Nick has just run their first session in another area. For that explorative spirit Nick is awarded the scout badge. A Scout is trustworthy

The group run:
Currently sat at my dining room table enjoying some delicious rhubarb on top of my yogurt and granola... Rhubarb picked last night from the GG allotment. We also enjoyed potatoes picked and ate within 2hrs last night! The joys of harvesting your own crops and they taste so much nicer! Last night we set off from Woking Park and headed towards Derry's allotment. I was certainly glad that it wasn't a long run as it was a HOT one last night! Arriving at the allotment we quickly set off to work with James and Owen tackling the weeds at the end of the plot, myself and Wayne digging up and weeding the potatoes and with everyone else making the rest of the plot look lovely with weeds and tidying to do. We have a nice big area in which we hope to create a frame work and cover some brussel sprouts with netting. It was dusty work and the plants needed a good watering. With the plot looking a lot better and with everyone stocked up on potatoes, rhubarb and cucumber. Nick had the Magical idea of a mini fitness test. So in the communal area of Derry's allotment the team set to work. With 5 exercises only but seeing how many you could do in the amount of time. Everyone building up a good sweat!! NIce! We had a gentle run back to the Park with everyone having a chat along the way.
Next week
We are going to meet at Pyrford Primary school, here we will be painting the train in the playground.
