Silvana Marianou has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Silvana is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Silvana Marianou earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Silvana completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Silvana was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

A big welcome to newcomer Sylvana who attended her first Good Gym session at Frenford Food Bank today.
Welcome also to Ramon who is an experienced GG foodbank volunteer but had not done a pick and pack session at Frenford previously.
Ever willing to show people the ropes our James soon had Sylvana and Ray up to speed. Along with old hands Mike, Linda and the rest of the Frenford volunteers we seemed to have finished the packing in no time.
Everyone then quickly slipped into operation shelf stacking. The deliveries were all over the place and its remarkable how smoothly so many people in such a confined space managed to sort it all out into some semblance of order, while still helping out the delivery drivers and making way for the sports centre users.
Another good job done. 😊
